The Classic Summer Uniform – Upgraded

Are you ready to take your summer uniform to the next level?

After 2 solid months of rain, Vancouver is finally sunny side up. My gym routine (going for more than 2 days in a row) and clothing choices (being able to wear all the cute spring outfits I never had the chance to wear because of the rain) are all looking and feeling good. Plus, summer shopping feels like it has a purpose!

I don’t actually own too many t-shirts, but a recent favourite has been the Two Song rose tit tee (similar here). There’s something about the rebellious nature of the t-shirt (that my mom hates) that has me wearing it on repeat; besides, who doesn’t love rose nipples?!

Summer denim we all know and love is looking a little frayed lately and I’m here for it.  There’s something about distressed features I’m not over yet and it’s been calling me back in the form of this Dynamite skirt, which I paired with a thick belt to cinch my waist and accentuate the ‘tucked’ look.

To finish off the look, a recent trip to Aldo had me curating my summer palette even more, and I picked out these pink, satin mules with beautiful pearl detailing. Committing to a set of colours for summer has made shopping so much easier, and with that, my obsession with a super colour-coordinated outfit is growing!
