Are you ready to level up your love for vino?

Did you know there’s more than 1 way to enjoy wine? I had the chance to play mixologist with Apothic Wine and discover 3 new reasons to justify my love for all things red, white and rosé (not that anyone needs it)

You have the choice of 3 recipes, as listed on their website, but I went with a secret menu option and combined the red wine with the dark wine recipe to create a rich amalgam of deep fruitiness. Nobody was happier than my taste buds with this delectable blend.

Want to try it?

  • 2 oz Apothic Red
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 0.5 oz pomegranate juice
  • Top with Club Soda (about 2 oz.)
  • Blackberries, for garnish

Directions:

Combine the first four ingredients in a glass filled with ice, top with club soda and garnish with blackberries.
